- If cancellation is made 2 days before the date of travel, no cancellation fees will be charged.
- If cancellation is made within 2 days before the date of travel, total booking cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
- In the event of unforeseen weather conditions, union issues, government restrictions, or any other circumstances beyond human control, certain trips or activities may be cancelled. In such cases, alternate feasible options will be provided. However, a cash refund will not be available.

How to Reach?
By Car: The museum is at a distance of 5.2 km from San Francisco City Center. You can reach the destination within 10 minutes by car.
By Bus: You can reach the activity location from Caltrain with the transit line number 91. The nearest bus stop is the Lincoln Way & 9th Ave, at a distance of 450 meters.
By Tram: Take the N line from Caltrain, which has a transit route near the activity location. The nearest tram station is Irving St & 9th Ave, at a distance of 650 meters.
